This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position at SchweisserTeam U.S. Industrial Services, based in Houston, Texas. The Project Manager will oversee and execute projects, manage logistics, expedite processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards on a daily basis.
- Estimate project scope, effort, and resource requirements using standard tools and techniques.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets with tools like Microsoft Project.
- Direct project execution, assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage risks.
- Ensure project quality by collaborating with teams to develop and execute quality plans.
- Provide regular status updates through reports and meetings.
- Resolve project challenges by coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and share project management best practices.
- Participate in industry events and develop professionally to stay abreast of best practices.
- Build and maintain networks to support project execution.
- Lead project teams and influence key business decisions.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Proficient communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in team settings and independently.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus.
