Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Sales Representative position at SchweisserTeam U.S. Industrial Services, based in Houston, Texas. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our industrial services. This role is key to our continued growth and success in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial or Oil & Gas sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical details and explain them to clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
- Building a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate service proposals.
- Representing SchweisserTeam at industry conferences and trade shows to expand our market presence.
