Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all Hermit's Hollow operations, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment. This includes handling tow operation, shoveling, reservations, and sales. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other staff to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain accurate and consistent cash handling practices
- Keep work areas and merchandise clean and presentable
- Become knowledgeable about Schweitzer Mountain facilities
Requirements:
- Excellent people and relationship building skills
- Cash handling experience and bookkeeping skills preferred
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office required
- English reading, writing, and communication skills
