We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tubing Operations Specialist at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. As a key member of our Hermit's Hollow team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike. Cash handling experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also desirable.
- Operate all Hermit's Hollow operations with focus on guests' safety and enjoyment.
- Handle tow operation, shoveling, reservations, and sales.
- Maintain and work closely with other departments, such as Activity Center, Lift Maintenance and Patrol.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess a friendly and outgoing attitude, with the ability to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
