Scope: QAQC
Purpose: To define the tools, licenses, PPE, and daily procedures expected for a QAQC.

NACE – Coating Inspector (CIP Level 1) CWI or CPWI
PPE (*Some of these items are provided by SES Safety:

*Hi-Vis Vest
*H2S Monitor – Site Specific
*Gloves – 2 Pairs
*Safety Glasses – Z87.1 Steel/ Composite Toe Boots FR Clothing – Site Specific
*Goggles – Site Specific

QAQC Coordinator
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Individual must have a high degree of Integrity.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
· Proficient with Revu Bluebeam.
· Proficient with ISOs, P&IDs, PFDs, schematics, assembly drawings, etc.
· Walkdown process lines and Packages
· Familiar with NDE processes (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, PAUT, etc.)
· Familiar with Procedures (Welding, Pressure Testing, NDE, etc.)
· Compile and verify turnover documentation (Final Books)
· Build, monitor, and verify data base spreadsheets (Weld Log, Heat Log, NDE, Testing, etc.)
· Familiar with governing Specifications (API, ISO, ASME, NACE, DOT, AWS, Customer, etc.)
· Document Control (Verify, Review, and Collect all paperwork MTR’s, NDE Reports, BOM’s, etc.)
· Build Hydro/Pneumatic Testing Packages
· Track and report Testing Progress
Daily Expectations:
· Report to work on time.
· Make sure that you sign the “Sign In/Out” Sheet daily.
· Attending daily safety tailgate meetings.
· Manage and mentor QC helpers working with you.
· Perform quality inspections throughout the day on the work being performed.
· Review and understand drawings and specs on all trades (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Etc.)
· Review and understand SES QAQC Program.
· Review and understand SES paperwork and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans).
· Utilize SES Inspections test plans and checklists.
· Communicate with superintendent to be aware of upcoming work.
· Collect all daily production reports.
· Generate and send required daily and weekly job progress reports.
· Work out of OneDrive, update, and back-up documentation progress daily.
· Use, Apply and make sure welding process is being followed.
Weekly Expectations:
· Review the three weeks look ahead with the GF/ Superintendent to be aware of upcoming work and ready inspection plans.
· Review the schedule for your work activities to ensure everything is getting inspected and documented.
· Review production numbers with superintendent each week for crew efficiency.
· Review job book progress to make sure all documentation is up to date, backed up and nothing has been missed.
End of Project Expectations:
· Have final Job Book ready as soon as operations end in the project.
· Submit an electronic copy of the Job Book to client.
· If requested or needed by the client create a printed copy of the job book as well.
Safety:
· Read and understand the employee handbook.
· All new employees are required to be part of the SSE program for the first 90 days.
· Read and understand the JSA and/or permits.
· Follow all site-specific safety guidelines.
· Actively participate in all site safety meetings.
· Immediately report all safety issues to the Site Safety rep or your immediate supervisor.
