What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at Sci-Rec?
Sci-Rec have partnered with a leading small molecule CDMO, who provide services in the development and manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. They are currently seeking a VP Manufacturing for multiple sites across the US and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional leaders and other members of SLT to drive operating plan for multiple sites
- Bring best practices from prior experience and merge into current culture and practices at multiple sites
- Leading process development to support a broad portfolio of both catalog and custom made products
- Leading transfer of critical raw materials between external and internal manufacturing sites
Experience Required:
- Must have 10 years experience leading manufacturing operations within CDMO field
- Multi site leadership is a must
- Ability to change and implement strong culture
- Ability to communicate across multiple levels (technical/non technical, executive team/entry level)
- Small molecule experience considered a plus, must have CDMO experience as a minimum
- Prior site management experience is a plus
