Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests and visitors, offering support and guidance as needed
• Notify staff members of arriving appointments and escort guests to their designated rooms
• Answer routine questions about services, products, and location directions
• Immediately notify management of customer service and security issues
• Receive and process deceased belongings, following chain of custody procedures
• Answer and route incoming calls to staff members
• Maintain a comfortable environment for clients, providing beverages and amenities as needed
• Maintain the guest-waiting area, disposing of trash and straightening furniture
• Receive and process incoming mail and packages
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files and records
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred
• Proficient in operating telephones, fax, and copier
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Clear and professional speaking voice and tone
• Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Ability to work a schedule including Saturday and Sunday and beyond standard business hours
