About The Role

In this role, you will play a critical part in the implementation and optimization of Oracle CRM and Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration, system enhancements, and high-performance Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle CRM solutions
• Work with EAI, EIM, Open UI, and scripting to enhance system functionality
• Develop and optimize Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) processes
• Implement Oracle Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Solutions
• Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and security
• Work with Oracle Databases and PL/SQL to ensure smooth data operations and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in Oracle CRM, including implementation and integration
• Hands-on experience with ORMB and Oracle ERM Solutions
• Strong background in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Databases
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and deep knowledge of Oracle systems architecture
• Experience with EAI, EIM, Open UI, and scripting for enhanced customization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
