The Project Coordinator is responsible coordinate, track and evaluate project activities, material inventory and budgetary constraints for successful project completion.
Essential Functions :
- Coordinating tasks related to programs.
- Compile or provide input for project status reports.
- Coordinate and maintain the project schedule via MS Project.
- Stay abreast of the project activities in an effort to conduct and document meetings as required.
- Work with Project Lead to identify and resolve project problems (drawings issues, resource issues, etc.).
- Work with Project Lead to coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented.
- Prepare price quotes for projects and track inventory of material.
- Support proposal related task and analysis as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
