Security Manager, Req. 2188
The Security Manager is responsible for supervisor and direction of all facility security measures levied by the CSA and outlined within NISPOM / DCIDs.
- Conduct secure equipment and classified keying material inventories, inspections and other COMSEC related support and oversight functions
- Administer a Top-Secret inventory and document control program to account for COMSEC equipment and materials
- Conduct inventories per agency policy and reports any discrepancy to government customer
- Courier classified information and author receipts for classified materials
- Ensure Automated Information Systems Security requirements, related to COMSEC duties, are complied
- Ensure proper physical security accreditation has been issued by designated Program Security Officers for supported facilities
- Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and the use of related equipment
- Must be able to provide clear concise communication
Education : ? BA / BS in Business, Management, Engineering or Science PreferredExperience : ? Ten years COMSEC custodial experience preferred, five required? At least ten years' experience with defense contracting ? Must have a current secret clearance ? Must have a thorough working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), NISPOM Overprint and DOD JSIG Manual, OPSEC and COMSEC? Must be a US Citizen
