Reporting directly to the Director of Air Force Automated Test Systems (ATS), the Deputy Director will support providing company with Air Force strategic direction to meet goals and grow the business.

Reporting directly to the Director of Air Force Automated Test Systems (ATS), the Deputy Director will support providing company with Air Force strategic direction to meet goals and grow the business.
The Deputy Director will:
- Ensure customer expectations are met, cultivate and maintain relationships, communicate key program issues, communicate key management issues upward to corporate and downward into the local organization
- Direct planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of Bonaire and Huntsville ATS operations
- Establish and maintain close business partner and supplier relationships
- Capitalize on SES expertise with ATS hardware and software to broaden customer base
- Develop strategic business area markets, provide vision, guidance, and direction for growth initiatives
- Manage organizational structure changes necessary to support expanding ATS portfolio
- Prepare and deliver operational reviews to Company Senior Leadership
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and direction to the SES WR and Huntsville Air Force ATS program personnel, ensuring performance goals are set and met, communicating any changes as required
- Meet customer expectations by addressing their requirements in a timely and effective manner
- Integrate and align networks to remain current and connected with USAF Warner Robins (WR) and Army Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) requirements; develop and reinforce business market strategies to grow business areas
- Manage financial responsibility, ensuring programs effectively achieve outcome and schedule
- Build, leverage and lead collaborative networks by presenting Company Overview or other various presentations to customers or stakeholders
- Participate in proposal activities as both a writer and in a supervisory capacity
- Provide timely Warner Robins Business Plan reviews to company senior leadership
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and remain flexible to changes within the company and industry
Requirements
Education:
o Bachelor of Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
o Minimum of twenty years combined USAF and Industry program management and at least 12 years in a leadership position
o Experience in Automated Test Systems and Equipment (ATS/ATE) development, integration, testing, and fielding is strongly desired
o Providing technical expertise and leadership in program, project, operations, engineering, software, and production management
o Proven track record of directing and driving the success of teams, applying hands-on approach to leading organizations, processes, and personnel
o In-depth knowledge and experience working within the Robins AFB, Georgia Complex strongly recommended
o Excels at overcoming obstacles to consistently balance cost, quality, and schedule, ensuring all goals are met
o Requires clear and concise communication. Experience of Microsoft Suite required – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Education:
