Subcontracts Administrator, Req. 2160
Review, analyze and monitor subcontract performance.
Provide pre-award advisory assistance for major proposal activities; assist in reviewing RFP / RFQ for risk assessment; provide advice for teaming strategies; review / negotiate Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Review proposed subcontract terms, conditions, pricing, etc., and assist in negotiations.
Obtain review / approval / signature for subcontracts and modifications.
Assist with procurement of subcontractor services and materials purchasing.
Research subcontracts issues, disputes, terms / conditions, etc.
Handle closeouts of subcontracts and task orders and prepare closeout documents (releases, final property reports, etc.).
Conduct past performance evaluations for management.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree in Business, Contracts Management, Procurement, Accounting or other related field.
MS or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification a plus.
- 4 plus years of experience in Federal / DOD subcontract administration (all contract types) and proposal preparation under Federal / DOD procurement regulations in a government contractor environment.
- Experience working with proposals, prime contracts, subcontracts, purchasing and overall contracts administration of federal subcontracts is required.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, NASA FAR.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite and Excel required.
