Job Title: Integrated Master Scheduler

We re looking for an organized and proactive Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team and help us take our Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to the next level. If you re someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining critical project timelines and reporting requirements, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and maintain resource-loaded program schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Support the project team by generating and analyzing EVM data, providing insights to drive performance improvements.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and root cause analysis for schedule and cost variances.
- Prepare and present weekly cost reports and variance analyses to both internal teams and customers.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track and control program performance.
- Assist with labor planning, work authorizations, and support financial processes as needed.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for stakeholders using advanced tools like Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Collaborate with Business Office personnel, supervisors, and customers to ensure accurate financial reporting and scheduling alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using MS Project.
- A Bachelor s degree (BA or BS).
- 3 years of experience supporting scheduling efforts for the DoD or other U.S. Government agencies.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore must be a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Ability to obtain or maintain an active security clearance.
