Position: After-School STEM Instructor

Responsibilities:
As a STEM instructor, you'll:
- Lead exciting hands-on experiments and activities for elementary aged students.
- Foster a creative and supportive space for students to explore and learn.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with children and cultivating a love for STEM.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts in an approachable manner.
- Availability during after-school hours for club sessions.
- Previous experience working with children or teaching (in or outside of a school setting).
- Up-to-date clearances/background checks (or willingness to obtain them).
- Ability to reliably commute to the club location and transport lesson supplies.
- Must be able to arrive at the school 20-minutes prior to start time and stay through clean-up/last child is picked up.

Job Specifics:
We have multiple clubs scheduled to run throughout Pennsylvania, NJ, and Delaware. If you are unavailable for the location below due to commute or day, please reach out as we may have something in your area that is a better fit for your schedule!
- This club will be scheduled to run at French Creek Elementary on Mondays from 3:15pm - 4:15pm; Pottstown, PA.
- Pay rate is $60 per class taught. This is a flat-rate, independent contractor position.
*Compensation rate includes reviewing the lesson, prepping supplies, instructing and after class clean up time.
