WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver/distribute items.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling monthly vehicle inspections with drivers.
- Scheduling vehicle service by coordinating with department managers and vendors.
- Tracking and managing vehicle registrations, vehicle mileage, and vehicle turnover.
- Coordinating with department managers when deploying vehicles to new hires.
- Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- High school diploma.
- 2 – 5 years providing administrative support in an office environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
