Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models to predict immune cell states and phenotypes.
- Apply cutting-edge deep learning methodologies, including large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures, to analyze sequencing data, particularly single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
- Develop robust computational pipelines to support high-throughput data analysis and visualization.
- Act as the primary interface between computational teams and laboratory scientists, fostering clear and productive communication.
- Present findings and progress to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, to drive decision-making and strategy development.
