- Handle blood, plasma, urine, and other biospecimens under biosafety protocols
- Maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, and ensure quality documentation
- Assist in stability, verification, and validation studies for assay development
- Participate in internal project meetings and contribute to technical discussions
- Bachelor’s in Biology, Biochem, Molecular Bio, or related field 1–4 years of lab experience
- Master’s accepted with less experience
- Comfortable with immunoassays, pipetting, reagent prep, and analytical tasks
- Detail-oriented and familiar with regulated lab environments (FDA or ISO a plus)
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to grow in a mission-focused setting
