Job Description
The Environmental Health and Safety Administrator is responsible for assisting with overall maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs within the Facility and Field Service. This position will provide administrative support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This position will work closely with the HSE team, as well as receive an opportunity to engage with direct stakeholders as we drive toward overall site compliance and program maintenance. Function
- Supports the company environmental and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Assists with communication and completing tasks related to onboarding new employees.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the dosimeter program for Service and Operations employees.
- Assist the Radiation Safety Officer with relevant tasks required for program compliance.
- Providing technical support for a variety of HSE-related training programs.
- Support the department with invoicing including creating purchase requisitions, receiving, and paying invoices.
- Complete and actively participate in all EHS training requirements.
