The Environmental Health and Safety Administrator is responsible for assisting with overall maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs. This position will provide administrative support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This position will work closely with the onsite HSE Specialist and Director. You will have the opportunity to engage with direct stakeholders to drive toward overall site compliance and program maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Supports the company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Assists the HSE Specialist and Director as needed with maintaining safety equipment inventory, performing periodic safety inspections, monitoring hazardous waste removal vendors, and in consolidating hazardous waste (chemical, radioactive, and/or medical).
- Interacting with a variety of departments, conducting training in emergency response and hazardous material handling.
- Assists the HSE Specialist and Director with environmental compliance tasks.
- Assists as needed with tasks related to the administration of the worker’s compensation program and the implementation of workplace ergonomics and program solutions.
- Complete, and actively participate in all EHS training requirements.
