- Managing facility engineering projects, including expansions, compliance upgrades, and process improvements.
- Designing and troubleshooting pharmaceutical systems such as HVAC, WFI, and Clean Steam.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and engineering best practices.
- Developing detailed specifications and RFQs for construction and equipment projects.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to achieve project success.
- Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline required.
- Project management and/or project engineering experience desired
- Familiarity with ISPE Baseline Guides and pharmaceutical facility systems.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and engineering documentation.
- Proficient in managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex challenges.
- Passionate about driving innovation in compliance-focused environments.
