What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Sales operations across the region, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Drive strategic initiatives, space/facility investments, and workflow standardization.
- Enhance customer retention and service quality through innovative programs and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a team of pharmacy managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of (6) Sales Managers
- Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor of Science required – MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
- Broad knowledge of the Medical Industry – Business and/or Sales and Marketing.
- 5 years’ experience in medical sales – radiopharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Develop and executed tactical sales plans which met or exceeded objectives.
- Efficiently close deals and achieve / exceed sales targets.
- Strong sales negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
