- Developing criticality analyses, preventative maintenance plans, and control strategies.
- Conducting root cause analyses to drive loss elimination and system improvements.
- Managing changes and reporting outcomes to various organizational levels.
- Utilizing tools like SAP CMMS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes.
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering or commensurate technical degree CMRP or CRE Certification desired
- 3 years experience with engineering and maintenance systems.
- Advanced technical degree in lieu of experience is acceptable
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification preferred.
- Skilled in SAP CMMS, AutoCAD, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in FDA-regulated environments preferred.
- Proficient in criticality analysis, asset hierarchy, and preventative maintenance optimization.
