- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and aligning product and service offerings accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in sales methodologies, tools, and technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the metrology or calibration industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
