Job Description : SPG is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Physical and Technical Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in the coordination and oversight of secure facility construction projects with a primary focus on ensuring compliance with ICD 705 standards. This role is critical in guaranteeing that all secure facility construction project efforts adhere to approved processes and stringent security regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with a diverse array of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and construction contractors. They will be tasked with overseeing the security compliance of secure facility construction projects from the initial planning stages through design, construction and accreditation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in physical and technical project management who are eager to expand their knowledge and skills within this specialized field. Working in a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that support national security programs, while also advancing their professional growth.

Preferred Background : A background in program / project management with an emphasis in the physical and technical security tasks and activities supporting the architecture, design, engineering, and construction of secure facilities is highly desirable.
U.S. Citizenship : Due to the nature of this position and the requirement for access to classified or sensitive information, candidates must be U.S. citizens as defined by federal law.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Ability to walk, stand, and sit during working hours.
Travel : Willingness and ability to travel as needed for job-related assignments.
