Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and support the maintenance and enhancement of our legacy applications. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our existing systems while coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of legacy applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for initiatives related to legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and support staff, to identify and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Facilitate change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare and health insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of legacy application systems and their maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
