Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Manager with strong expertise in UiPath administration and development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience as a developer or architect and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage RPA initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of automation projects.
• Oversee the administration and development of UiPath solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation efforts.
• Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and technical oversight.
• Define best practices for RPA development, administration, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in RPA implementations.
• Monitor and optimize RPA performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in RPA development and administration with a strong focus on UiPath.
• Hands-on experience as an RPA Developer or Architect, with expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in workflow design, scripting, and debugging RPA processes.
• Experience in integrating RPA with other enterprise applications through APIs and databases.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Experience with cloud-based RPA deployments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, UiPath RPA Architect) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives.
• Familiarity with other automation tools like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for automation.
