POSITION SUMMARY Our client is looking for a Commercial Delivery IT Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Veeva applications to join their Business Technology Group. This role encompasses both functional and technical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an IT professional with a proven track record, skilled at aligning IT solutions with business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES This position involves general support of IT services, tools, issues, and projects related to VEEVA and Salesforce business requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyzing current business processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Overseeing the implementation of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Using data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
- Creating detailed documentation and providing training to ensure effective use of new systems.
- Focusing on VEEVA CRM and VEEVA CRM Vault, with an emphasis on Healthcare Solutions, and Salesforce solutions.
The IT Business Analyst should have broad expertise in:
- Integration solutions
- Global Data Warehouse solutions
- Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
Preferred experience includes:
- IQVIA software, which accelerates innovation in healthcare, improves patient outcomes, and drives smarter healthcare solutions globally.
- Accurytics software, specializing in advanced analytics for the healthcare sector, helping organizations leverage data for meaningful insights and competitive advantages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Working closely with business management to understand their needs and helping to utilize the available suite of IT solutions to their fullest potential.
- Proactively communicating with different functions to develop unstructured requirements into quality requirements and translating business needs into IT terms.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed within schedule and to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating effectively with different business groups, other IT teams, business divisions, and external vendors.
- Investigating alternatives to meet business needs and making recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and policies for Information security, protecting client information assets, helping business and applications comply with internal audit guidelines, and continually striving to improve IT controls for the benefit of both the client and local business affiliates.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, with a workload consisting of small, medium, and large implementation projects.
