Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have up to one year of experience in automation testing or a strong desire to learn automation techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our products
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and specifications
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts
- Continuously learn and apply automation testing tools and techniques
- Provide clear and concise test results and status reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in automation testing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, etc.)
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar
