Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in supporting the modernization of our healthcare program and the maintenance of a legacy application. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the successful delivery of projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, guiding them in the implementation of Scrum practices and principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the modernization of the healthcare program, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance Agile practices and delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt.
- Ensure that Agile metrics and progress reports are accurately maintained and communicated to senior management.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment and synchronization of efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the healthcare and health insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
