Senior QA Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance efforts, including defining test strategies, and creating detailed test plans and test cases.
- Conduct rigorous hands-on testing to ensure application functionality, reliability, and usability, with a focus on LMS platforms.
- Validate mobile application functionality, dashboard data accuracy, and gamification metrics for LMS systems.
- Analyze and report testing results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Perform integration testing with tools such as MS Teams, LinkedIn Learning, Oracle Fusion Cloud Data, Oracle Workspace, and Google Looker BI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and software testing, with expertise in test strategy development, test planning, and execution.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or similar applications focused on employee training and development.
- Experience or knowledge of mobile application testing, data validation in dashboards, and gamification metrics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in integration testing with tools such as MS Teams, Oracle Fusion Cloud Data, Oracle Workspace, and Google Looker BI is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of QA processes, including requirements gathering, defect management, and testing best practices.
