Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a highly regarded hotel in Manhattan, New York! This is a full-time, on-site, contract opportunity with benefits!
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to HR, including scheduling, record maintenance, and paperwork processing.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
Assist with new hire onboarding and employee events.
Maintain HR files, track attendance, and update databases.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Support payroll and recruitment efforts.
Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or HR.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (a plus).
