This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to support the management and optimization of cloud and network environments, playing a key role in ensuring the organizations IT infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and up-to-date. The Network Engineer will collaborate with the IT team to enhance systems, troubleshoot network issues, and oversee cloud operations, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
This is a full-time, exempt position, based in Denver, CO.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based in Denver, CO.
What They Offer:
- $92,000 - $100,000DOE
- $5,000 signing bonus after successful completion of 90 days of full-time employment

- Network Administration: Administer and optimize cloud networks and hosted systems, with a strong preference for Azure experience.
- Active Directory & Entra ID Management: Manage secure access and ensure efficient directory services.
- Security & Compliance: Uphold network and cloud security standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement automation strategies to streamline operations and improve system efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in discussions and provide training to team members on cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft environments.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup: Design and implement disaster recovery solutions and manage cloud backup systems to ensure business continuity.
- Monitoring & Capacity Planning: Monitor cloud resource utilization and perform necessary upgrades for optimal performance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and support related to cloud environments, including Azure.
- Stay Current: Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices, proposing and implementing system enhancements for improved performance, reliability, and security.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in network design and support, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- 5 years of experience with security solutions (EDR, MDR, IPS/IDS, etc.)
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Entra, Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365
- 3 years of advanced virtualization experience (preferably Hyper-V)
- Demonstrable experience in Azure cloud-based technologies
- Certifications preferred: MCSE, CISSP, AZ-104, MS-102
