Scion Staffing has been engaged to search for the incoming Strategic Partnerships Manager on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative digital agency specializing in online platform development, support, and optimization. As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and cultivating meaningful relationships with key strategic partners. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building strong partnerships with agencies, supporting the mission of delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.


This hybrid role, based in Beaverton, Oregon, calls for exceptional business acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a true passion for cultivating relationships and fostering collaboration. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement strategic plans to identify and secure valuable agency partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency partners, fostering strong communication and mutual growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop resources and initiatives that drive partner engagement.
  • Track and assess partnership success through key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, building brand visibility and new relationships.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or account management, specifically collaborating with agencies in the digital advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of playing a key role in driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker; adept at identifying opportunities for partnership growth and expansion.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on surpassing partnership goals and driving measurable success.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65K to $75K annually, with additional performance-based bonuses and a commission structure designed to reward success. Our client provides comprehensive health benefits, including fully employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees also enjoy a 401(k) plan with matching contributions and 3 weeks of paid time off annually. The work schedule is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday in-office, with remote flexibility on Fridays, including flexible start and end times.
