- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid state chiropractic license and passing NBCE scores (Parts I-IV or SPEC alternative for Part IV).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships.
- Leadership ability to drive clinic performance and support a cohesive team environment.
- Spanish-speaking proficiency is a plus to better serve a diverse patient population.
