THE PERKS OF THE ROLE:
- $50 - $57 per hour
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days working from home
- Paid Holidays: 12 holidays per year
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 25 days per year, based on years of service
- Paid Sick Leave (PSL): 1 day per month for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time)
- Oversee development, review, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with nonprofit funding and regulatory standards.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts with vendors and service providers for housing development and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Operations) to align contract terms with organizational goals and policies.
- Maintain accurate contract records, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Advise senior management on legal and contractual risks, offering mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with reviewers and project managers to resolve contractual issues and implement SOPs.
- Prepare and deliver reports on contract status, compliance, and financial performance, using SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for contract creation, review, and management.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, government agencies, funders, and community partners.
- 4-5 years of contracts management experience
- Government contract experience (procurement, leasing, funding)
- Familiarity with SharePoint, DocuSign, and contract management systems
- Policy and procedure knowledge for contract approval
- Process improvement and SOP development

Salary : $50 - $57
