We are seeking an experienced Design and Innovation Leader in Agricultural Machinery to lead our design team in developing innovative agricultural machinery solutions.
About You:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Structural Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
- With 2 years of experience in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Design Engineering, you possess a strong understanding of CAD software and finite element analysis.
- You are proficient in Inventor, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD 3D modeling software and have experience creating and analyzing product designs, cost estimations, and prototypes.
- You excel in communicating technical details effectively and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in developing innovative agricultural machinery solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure that designs meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with shop personnel on prototyping and tooling development for new designs.
- Develop quotes, feasibility studies, and estimates for customer requests.
