- Support the annual fund by assisting with payment processing, communications, and mailings.
- Assist with the planning and logistics of the schools major fundraising events.
- Manage donor records using the offices database and prepare reports for different departments as needed.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of philanthropy and supporting school-wide fundraising goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient with databases and comfortable with technology; experience with Veracross is a plus.
- Experience with volunteer management, event planning, and fundraising initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service to staff, administration, parents, and community members.
