Donor Relations Coordinator

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Donor Data Coordinator for our client, a wonderful education and career based non-profit organization in Denver, CO! In this role, youll support the Development team utilizing your customer service, communication, and administrative skills while interacting with donors, business partners, constituents, and internal team members! This is a full time, contract to hire, onsite role in Denver.

Perks:

• Regular onsite schedule, M-F, 8:30 am to 5 pm!

• Compensation range is $20-23/hr, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with donors inquiries and requests in an enthusiastic and positive manner; representing the non-profits mission to current and potential donors
• Maintain detailed and accurate donor information in the CRM, including contribution tracking and communication preferences
• Resolves issues with initial donation collection, such as failed credit card transactions and NSF checks
• Assist with fundraising campaigns and events
• Assorted administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, front desk coverage, and reporting

What you will need:

• 2 years of office experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office other office applications
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, in person
• Experience with administrative tasks such as expense reports, inventory ordering, backing up front desk
• Must be able to work onsite
