Position Responsibilities:
This onsite role based in Southern Florida, offers a starting salary of $80,000 90,000 (DOE) annually. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Employees also receive paid time off for vacations, holidays, and sick days.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional teams across multiple locations.
- Implement program curricula and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for various programs.
- Foster community relationships and partnerships.
- Supervise staff, including training and development.
- Ensure continuous quality improvement through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in supervisory roles within childcare or youth management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Proven track record in budget management, staff supervision, and program development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with government funding processes (Head Start and Early Head Start programs) and compliance is advantageous.
- This role involves frequent travel to multiple locations within a metropolitan area. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
