We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Sales Manager! Aid in driving event sales, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the successful execution of events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to coordinate every detail of events, covering logistics, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to guarantee seamless event execution.
- Conduct presentations and site tours for prospective clients, highlighting event spaces and available services.
- Prepare and assist in presenting tailored sales proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure they meet client expectations.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to spot new business opportunities and refine service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in event sales or management, ideally within a hospitality or venue environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
