What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation Relations Manager position at Scion Staffing?
Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Foundation Relations Manager on behalf of our client, a nonprofit organization that provides residential services and a wide range of programs for children and young adults. This is a direct-hire, full-time, hybrid position with benefits based in Bethesda, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop project concepts, grant proposals, reports, and letters of inquiry based on grantor requirements.
Collaborate with Resident Services to assess funding needs and create grant strategies.
Research and identify new foundation prospects to enhance the funding pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with program officers, board members, staff, clinicians, and patient families.
Coordinate grant management, including stewardship plans for foundation donors.
Raise public awareness through tours and speaking engagements.
Maintain records of grant activities, track progress using Salesforce, and collaborate with the finance team on grant documentation and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 to 5 years of experience in foundation fundraising, stewardship, and grant writing
Demonstrated success in securing and managing foundation grants
Experience With Salesforce Is Preferred
