Job Details:
- Fully Remote
- Monday- Friday -30 hours a week
- Pay rate: $43-$44 hr./ (DOE)
- Provide paralegal support for ISAs legal and standards teams focused on intellectual property protection and compliance
- Manage ISAs IP portfolio, including trademarks and copyrights
- Prepare and file IP applications, renewals, and Office Action responses through the USPTO and international offices
- Monitor and maintain IP docketing systems and deadlines
- Assist in intellectual property enforcement, including cease-and-desist letters, takedown requests, and compliance tracking
- Support IP licensing reviews and ensure alignment with ISAs publishing and standardization practices
- Experience in intellectual property enforcement, compliance, or legal affairs required
- Open to candidates with a variety of experience levels
- Familiarity with USPTO processes and global IP systems (e.g., WIPO, EPO)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Open to candidates with varying years of experience
