Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle AP processes, including invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
- Manage a high volume of monthly invoices (45-90), including complex invoices with multiple line items.
- Ensure timely and accurate credit card and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and process vendor contracts through their life cycle, utilizing DocuSign for approvals.
- Coordinate with budget owners and approvers to ensure contracts and payments follow the appropriate workflows.
- Utilize financial tools such as Bill.com, Expensify, and Sage Intacct (or similar ERP systems like NetSuite, Workday, or SAP) for invoice and payment management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incomplete or delayed approvals and follow up to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously review and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries related to accounts payable and vendor relationships.
- Experience with Bill.com, Expensify/Concur
- AP experience
