Scion Staffing  is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated  Payroll Manager to join our partner in Redmond, OR. Our partner is a compassionate organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals and families through personalized elder care services. Responsibilities :

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees, including adjustments, in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Calculate employee wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments with precision.
• Communicate with Human Resources to ensure payroll data integrity, including updates for new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes.
• Review payroll source documents, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate processing of time records and related data.
• Process garnishments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and files to support timekeeping and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular payroll reviews to verify accuracy and adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Research and resolve employee payroll-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle special payrolls, including annual bonuses and year-end adjustments, as needed.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll functions to ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Compensation : Â
