Scion Nonprofit Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our clients highly regarded non-profit organization in Redmond, Oregon ! This is a direct-hire, on-site, full-time opportunity with benefits!

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and provide insights to leadership.
• Prepare grant budgets, reports, and compliance documentation to meet funder requirements.
• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing in Paylocity.
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Assist with the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate and assist with annual audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and required documentation.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership, funders, and the board of directors as needed.
• Oversee payroll processing through Paylocity and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.

Requirements :

Compensation : Â
