Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Audio Support Specialist for our client, a managed services organization in Palm Beach Gardens, FL! In this role, youâll bring your Audio engineering and technician skills to support clientâs systems including alarms, camera systems, phones, and streaming. This is a full time, direct hire, hybrid position.

- Compensation range is $46-56k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Address tickets as they come into the system via phone, email, or chat; resolving issues as quickly as possible at a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist clients with software and hardware related issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and departmental policies
- Recommend software/hardware improvements for clients based on reoccurring issues and possible enhancement of clientâs system performance
What you will need:
- Experience in 8 ohm and 70v audio configurations
- Experience with general IT support
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with Crown Audio hardware/software
- Previous experience resolving issues hands on/in the field
- Excellent customer service and documentation skills
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA is a plus
