Job Responsibilities

This position requires a skilled Registered Nurse / RN to work on a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication.

• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote informed decision-making and self-care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A BSN or ADN from an accredited institution.
">
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN.

• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

• A minimum of six months experience as a Registered Nurse / RN in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
