- You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency unit.
- Your role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work all shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume principle responsibility for total care of assigned clients in the respective unit.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient needs and assessments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher Required
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS within 30 days/half a year of hire/employment
- Licenses: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
