About the Position
We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Coordinator to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with experience in case management, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing interventions and support for patients, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care in accordance with the established patient care philosophy
* Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
* Monitor, document, and communicate patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families
Requirements
* Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi state/compact RN license
* Must have six (6) months of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a direct patient care setting
* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
