Responsibilities
- Assess and plan patient care to ensure high standards of care are maintained throughout the patient's recovery journey.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Advocate for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
